One Dark Throne by Kendare Blake

This took me a long time to read (double my normal read time). So after two books I'm just going to say that I personally can't get past the morbidity and violence. I disliked Katharine even more. Actually I disliked a lot of people. And the book was just hard for me to read. Finally, I sat down for two hours and made myself finish it so I could move on to something else. I did love Mirabella's redemption and Arisnoe's story line was still my favorite. I guess I'm more of a hero type of girl and less a villain's. I didn't like Katharine's chapters since the first one of the first book. The parts with the Black Cottage in ODT were also fun. Just in general, I don't think this series is for me.
